Production & Fulfillment

All OFF<ANGLE products are made to order.

This means that every item is produced specifically for you after your order has been placed. By producing products on demand rather than in bulk, we help reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste.

Because of this production model, orders require additional processing time before shipment.

Production Time

Production typically takes 2–7 business days.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or product launches, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once production has been completed, your order will be shipped.

Estimated delivery times:

• Switzerland: 4–10 business days

• European Union: 4–12 business days

• United Kingdom: 4–12 business days

• United States & Canada: 4–12 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days

• Rest of World: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, local postal services, and seasonal demand.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages depending on production location, product type, and availability.

If this occurs, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, OFF<ANGLE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
